Edelweißspitze

Description:
Edelweißspitze is 2572 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 9 km north from the center of Winkl and 10 km north from the center of Heiligenblut. The nearest mountain hut is Tüchelhütte, located 1.7km southeast. Karhütte is a bit further away. 3 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Brennkogelkees, 5 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Boggeneikees. The peak is located east of the valley Käfertal.
