Description:
Greiflahnerkopf is 2405 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 0.3 km north-northeast of peak Rainbachegg. The nearest mountain hut is Zittauer Hütte, located 4km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 4 km west of the peak there is lake Unterer Gerlos See. 2 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Weißkarkees, 4 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Wildkarkees.
