Hoher Schaflkopf

Description:
Hoher Schaflkopf is 3057 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 7 km south-southwest from the center of Krimml and 9 km south-southwest from the center of Vorderkrimml. The nearest mountain hut is Zittauer Hütte, located 1.7km west. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 1.7 km west-southwest of the peak there is lake Unterer Gerlos See. 0.5 km east from the summit there is glacier Weißkarkees, 1.5 km north-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Wildkarkees.
