Mugler is 2958 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 8 km south-southeast from the center of Brandberg and 9 km southeast from the center of Mayrhofen. The nearest mountain hut is Edelhütte, located 4km northwest. A little further is Andreas-Hofer-Hütte. 2 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Kainzenkarkees, 3 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Hasenkarkees. East of the summit is the valley Sundergrund.
