Nasse Wand is 2256 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 1.1 km southeast of peak Kleiner Grieskogel. The nearest mountain hut is Fürthermoaralm/Ebmatten, located 2km north-northeast. A little further is bivouac Gruberscharten-Biwak. 1.8 km west from the summit there is glacier Grießkogelkees, 2 km west from the summit there is also glacier Oberes Hocheiserkees. The peak is located northwest of the valley Käfertal.
