Roßkirpl is 2942 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 5 km west from the center of Sölden and 7 km east-southeast from the center of Plangeross. The nearest mountain hut is Rotkogeljochhütte, located 0.8km southeast. A little further is bivouac Rheinland-Pfalz-Biwak. 0.7 km southwest of the peak there is lake Schwarzsee. 3 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Pollesferner, 4 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Innerer Pirchlkarferner.
