Spitziges Kögele

Description:
Spitziges Kögele is 2948 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 3 km northwest from the center of Obergurgl and 6 km south-southwest from the center of Zwieselstein and 2 km south of peak Nederkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Gaislachalm, located 5km north. A little further is Zollwache. 1.1 km west-southwest from the summit there is glacier Stockferner, 3 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Glaseirferner. The peak is located in the valley Gurgler Tal.
