Vordere Kendlspitze is 3085 meter high peakon which a cross stands located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 3 km south of peak Kleiner Muntanitz. The nearest mountain hut is Sudetendeutsche Hütte, located 1.8km northwest. And bivouac Gurner Alm is also close by. 3 km north from the summit there is glacier Gradötzkees, 7 km northeast from the summit there is also glacier Fruschnitzkees.
