Today with a colleague across the border to Grlovec from D.Petra. We were lucky with views in all directions of the sky, only a fairly strong wind bothered us a little. The Stol summit, especially the summits on the entire Košuta ridge, were covered by "thick" clouds. On the path we met 7 Slovenes and only one Austrian.

After many years my husband and I repeated this path today - I quite forgot how steep it is, and of course much more trodden. And quite some "company" too... I'm happy meeting or being overtaken by so many young people... The day was gorgeous, sunny, warm. Path dry all the way, no snow and today not icy at all.

Today lots of wind, plenty of sun too, but few visitors.

Today on Velika it was windy. Bukovec 1.553 m a.s.l. - I have to visit it several times.

The northern slope of Donačka is covered with cornices. It will be for some time.

..but yesterday it was completely different, some fresh snow and the long-awaited sunshine.

Yesterday fog persisted - pity, could have been fairytale-like...

Yesterday icy in places on Velika Planina, but it sparkled nicely.

Velika Planina is starting to get, at least for me, a very nice makeover. Too bad that yesterday the fog hid the sun so soon.
