Please help or any opinion what this could be, so I don't go to the doctor too quickly.

Yesterday, when I went to the hills and was sweating hard, white spots appeared on my arms, there were tons of them.. I could wipe them off easily.
This morning when I went running, they appeared again, not as many but still quite a few

Where could the problem be? Maybe heavy
salt excretion or something?

Yesterday after a longer - longer hike I had problems, especially when returning to the valley the front nail banged hard at times.. a few times I made a quick step and had to brake hard

When I got to the car I noticed black big toe.. how can I fix this injury or have you had such experiences?

27.3.2019 Luče - Raduha (past the hut on Loki)
Yesterday excellently walked path, almost no wind from hut on Loki then another story starts and trail breaking, somewhere between 30 and 40 cm of newly fallen snow, strongly sinking and will in coming days, so going alone from this direction not really recommended. @Janiel74, hope I'm not too late with the reply. I was last Sunday but from Okrešelj direction, access via mentioned starting point is relatively without major dangers. Small snowfield before entry above Savinjsko saddle, then small crossing of snowfield towards Jezersko saddle.

As for your path, when I looked from the hut on Ledine direction, there was still quite some snow but nothing dangerous, can easily bypass it and climb to the summit

Turski žleb still far from where you can step on cables to summit.
There's still a huge amount of snow in it and it will last a long time.
Also advise very quick descent, personally descended a bit past 8pm snow got very wet, crampons didn't grip well at times, advise two ice axes.
Huge danger also rockfall, crumbling from higher part like crazy.

If going from direction Planina na Loki, no big problems expected neither with drive to start nor less with ascent as Raduha is dry from that side.
So, happy trail.
If you have a bit more fitness and can step, go directly from Podnjava Luč, nice day forecast.

As far as I know Storžič, the path past the hut at Kališče should be dry, because it mostly runs through the sunny area in autumn and winter time.
Dom pod Storžičem is from the other direction and I think crampons in the bag wouldn't hurt. Good luck

The path to Krofička is normally accessible. Even through the snow patch you can cross to the other side in the lower part and then continue normally.

Turski gully is still heavily snow-covered. Good luck

Friends from Croatia were on this route on Saturday 18.6 and the snow in that gully has melted so much that it can be bypassed and you go along the path.
The route is normally accessible without crampons and ice axe. To avoid confusion, snow is still in the gully but it can be bypassed and continue calmly.
