Any newer information on conditions? How's the snow?

Yesterday I used the last November Sunday for ascent to Grintovec. Start at Dom in Kamniška Bistrica. Went the usual path via Streha. Path without issues. It was really a nice day.

On the Šmohor - Malič route found a black phone case. If someone misses it, contact me via private message...

We plan from Planika, so that's one more +. I've been to Triglav many times myself, but this time we're going with two newbies, so I was a bit in doubt.

If anyone by chance doesn't change their mind, we're heading to Triglav on Thursday.

Hello! I'm wondering if ascent to Triglav on Thursday makes sense given we don't like snow conditions? Do you think snow will melt by then? On Kredarica I saw there's no more but I have no experience how fast it disappears higher up...

I don't see essential difference in these two paths. They say though that from Planika it should be easier...

Me too.

I bought mine for 50€. And I don't know why that would be makeup or anything. They serve their purpose and my intention is also that they will serve very long. I'm not afraid to fully lean on them because I trust them, whereas for those at 10€ I couldn't say that. Bottom line. If you change them so often, we all end up at the same price after so and so many years anyway.
