Today from Jermance over Kamniško sedlo to Brana. A bit of sun, a bit of fog and clouds. Path without features, snow on scree doesn't hinder much. Holidays here, folks rushing to the sea, so very few hikers for Sunday. Super for me.
Could have started a bit earlier.1

Emma...to you and your friend I wish many more such paths. We met a bit below Brana summit when you were already returning. Diligent girls, keep going like thatnasmeh.

Yesterday on Brana. The path from Rinka waterfall is without issues, only at the entrance to the secured section of the path you need to cross approx. 5 m of snow, which poses no obstacle.

Pictures are here.

There is still a bit of snowfield to cross (though it can practically be completely bypassed), later towards Brana without any issues. Today with my buddy we started from the saddle via Šija to Brana summit, down the normal route and then back to Rinka waterfall. Snow doesn't obstruct the path anywhere. nasmeh

Yesterday's visit to Brana was wonderful, even though the fog at the summit again prevented a nice view. We didn't dare drive to Jermanca, so we started from Kamniška Bistrica, but the path really drags on quite a bit, especially on the return nasmeh. Wonderful day, not too hot for hiking, and the joy was additionally given by the sight of the sunlit Brana. Summit unfortunately in fog, but descent again in the sun. Since this was my first time on Brana, I am enthusiastic about the path and will definitely return. It is also a real pleasure to sit in front of the hut at Kamniško sedlo, where the staff is really friendly nasmeh

Hi!

Can someone please tell how long it takes to hike from the path junction below Brana to Brana summit and through Kotliče to Turska gora summit?

Thanks and best,

Hi robi14...yesterday I was there and from path junction below Brana the sign says 45 min to Brana summit (from Kamn. sedlo 1:05). From Brana through Kotliče to Turska gora I hiked approx. 1 hour 30 min.

@serift: I assume you did the tour Rinka waterfall - Okrešelj - K. sedlo - Brana - Turska gora - T. gully - Okrešelj - Rinka?

How much time for the whole path? I guess approx. 7 hours?

Yesterday a friendly guy our age offered us a ride from Logarska to Matkov kot, who was on Brana zadrega thanks again, as such collegiality is rarer (apparently). If you recognize yourself, please send PM, as we forgot to ask your name. LP Maja

Today with a friend from Jermanca via Kamniško sedlo to Brana and back. Weather held, forecast was even worse, so not many hikers. Quite windy on saddle and summit. Actually quite interesting.

Hi, how's the road to Jermanca, open or need to park in Kamniška Bistrica? Thanks.

Right after the house in Kam. Bistrica there's a traffic sign prohibiting traffic.
Road is otherwise quite torn up due to inconsiderate drivers...

Today from Logarska to Brana. Descent towards Kotliči and down the gully under the wall of Brana. Then over Pasje sedlo and into the valley.
The gully is quite clogged, the descent was made harder by the frozen ground. To Pasje sedlo along chamois paths, followed by pathless descent into the valley.
Weather top, experience too.nasmeh
Cheers

I was there on Sunday, from Kamniško sedlo onwards icy and ca. 5cm frozen snow, under the ridge also lots of falling rocks due to thawing, so I had to turn back.

I wish many safe enjoyments.
