There is only a few cm of snow on top of Stol, so there shouldn't be any problems.

Of course passable from the start of the hiking trail from Monteaperte/Viskorše(ita) to Gran Monte/Stol ridge all the way to Kobarid. From there the longest traverse of Stol ridge on hiking trail to Kobarid. Hiking trail is 28.2km long.
