In the afternoon towards Ledine, but at the last moment decided to go right on the secured path to the Czech Hut. Before the hut turned up and just walked here and there, then spotted a cross on one summit and climbed up there. Nice view. Descent back to the Czech Hut, rested a bit more and back to the start. There instead of down to the start made a slightly bigger loop to check for mushrooms.

The summit is "Beštrova špica", the rope is strung along a short ridge. Whoever goes up should first check that the rope is well secured before grabbing it.

I'd say at least twenty-five years have passed since the last visit to the Czech Hut, so it was really about time for another trip to these partsnasmeh. We definitely wanted it to happen when snow could still be expected up there.
In the morning no special views, summits foggy, later the sun broke through the haze, so the mountain world could shine in its beauty.

No special obstacles on the path, aids for steep sections in good condition. But we were surprised they're cutting new trees above Štularjeva planina instead of removing those that fell naturally years ago first. They just cut them up, so passage on the path is fine without issues. Yesterday they were also stacking logs, seems they lack working daysmežikanje.

Really nice trip we had, conclusion we made right at the parking lot by Jezernica streamnasmeh. Next time a couple challenges await us in this areanasmehnasmeh.

Picture no. 37 shows the power of nature; once a waterfall with the longest water jet now just a pale shadow of itself. We saw it with the kids one year after the collapse, but from this picture it looks like it's still crumbling. nasmeh

And free, hope it stays that way! I usually park there in Jezersko and walk to the lake along the promenade by Jezernica, then further somewhere ... Or to Makekovo Kočno and on; the approach to Czech Hut from here is my favorite and least crowded.mežikanje

Today to the Czech Hut via Umik Žrela and back the usual way via Štularjeva planina.

Back in these partsnasmeh. But this time with different goals. We wanted to get to know another access path to the Czech Hut (known to locals), but later found very faded markings, which proves the path was once marked, but it's not even on my oldest maps. Secondly, we wanted to step onto Pastirska skala, a little peak on Zgornje ravne, also known to locals. From there years ago they directed a night beam of artificial light towards Grintovčev steber and celebrated the 60th anniversary of that climbing route. Well, if I can boast, I once did that route myselfnasmeh, so that info I read yesterday was very interesting to me.

We really enjoyed the green meadows of Zgornje ravni, hardly any people, mostly only at the hut. Yes, it was a really interesting trip, something in between, we didn't venture onto the walls of Grintovec or Kočna, but admired them below their walls. At the same time more than just visiting the hut, which we entered on return. I'd repeat this nice trip just like that, it thrilled us so much! Next time maybe with some different addition!

First time on Jezersko side, my girl said let's go to Czech hut, nice spring walk, heard it's pretty.
Let's go, why not, no snow at 1500m anymore, sneakers up and down. Mistake.

Snow some 40cm from last shelter on. Sinks in places. Would be good to have high shoes, but now it's past.

Lower down forest pretty destroyed, spruces everywhere. But goes ok.

She took me for coffee and some local schnapps by the lake. Nice they have there.

Parked before barrier because up says 10eur, I'm too highlander to pay, so walked those extra 2 damn km to start point

Please don't go to the mountains in sneakers. Sneakers aren't for hiking in mountains, but hiking boots. Whoever hikes in mountains will soon find out why they're good, if not mountaineering boots then at least hiking boots. Take care of your health, that's the most you can do yourselves. On valley walks no problem, sneakers are great there.

The entry is quite understandable:

-above last shelter around 40cm snow
-tour not suitable for low shoes
-parking is 10€
-by lake you get coffee and schnapps, nice view there

I apologize, because I wanted to describe the current conditions on this path in a humorous way.

I'm not bored (like some who have time to read useless posts). Better ask yourselves what contribution your post brought.

The purpose was, since I regularly check hribi.net, where I find really a lot of data and information, to contribute myself with some useful data.
