On Saturday, 14.7.2018; from parking lot towards cargo cableway and on via Slovenian trail to Ledine. That snowfield right before wall no obstacles, easy to pass by. Trail repaired this Saturday (wooden part), all day in action, really careful and praiseworthy. Climbing part super! But path through Žrelo officially closed, warning signs everywhere at junctions. We descended Slovenian then climbed to Czech Hut and past Štularjeva planina to start.
The Slovenian one is super, for up and down.1

Žrelo remains for next time, when they arrange the path.4

Predecessor didn't write much about Czech Hut or path since goal was Kranjska Hut. Yesterday we checked Czech Hut and bit higher but can't ignore conditions on path to Czech Hut, nothing but horror on path.
Doesn't majority of hikers know what maintained mountain trail looks like. Or don't care? Horror meeting families with small kids who don't know where heading.
Another shame of our mountaineering tourism.
Obviously time to inform our top in PZS.

Yeah well, pics on husband's phone but can be taken. About ladders no longer ladders, just brittle beams on path... And so on. Not for me but for one-day Sunday hikers, I manage obstacles but where's safety. First time on path really negatively surprised.
If forum folks used to post only nice things, really time to see flaws too or slogan head in sand.

I agree certain sections could be arranged. But no crisis obviously, 2 guys ahead (paid 56€ beer bill at hut) even without fallmežikanje reached valleyeeknasmeh

Yes, especially the lower part is really awful and very hard to pass, especially for those who remember the nice path and landscape.

Regarding Sunday tourists, I don't intend to debate, but only that this can't continue in our country. People cuza, that's why they get nothing. Let's look across borders and follow their example.
Our youth no longer even thinks about a better future.

And the Czech hut in summer. Yesterday it had as much visit as not for a long time. Parking lot was completely full at nine a.m. Up the usual from lower cargo cable stations, back to Umik Zrela. Zrelo is closed.

Yesterday to the Czech hut by the classic approach from the cargo cableway. Back to Umik Zrela. So much visit I have never seen before.

Yesterday on the holiday day first time on the path from Makekove koča. Really pleasant, solitary and shady path, which I recommend if you want to avoid the crowd at the parking lot in Ravenska koča and the crowd on the path itself! There could be some more markings... Along the way you can refresh at the spring. nasmeh

Visit at Češka koča yesterday quite some, but no real crowd. Service excellent, wc really noble (!). Above the hut there are still some snow patches. The gates will wait for us, the path otherwise looked dry. mežikanje

The path from Makekove koča in the upper part (from Kačji rob to junction with path from Štularjeva planina) currently impassable due to fallen trees! On both parts there is a notice about the path condition. So we made a detour over Štularjeva planina (a bit down and up again). We then asked in the hut about passability and they don't recommend it, so we didn't even try, we went back the same detour. zavijanje z očmi

Two years ago the path itself was a catastrophe.

I did this path 10 days ago and from the detour to Štularjeva planina it seemed quite poorly done. It is led steeply, unsecured, you have to climb over some fallen trees... Also in the continuation in Hudičevi klanci the winter washed it a bit at two spots, so I share the opinion with jprim.
