You can try - some even more favorable time - to find in Klinar's Karavanke, they surely have them in your public library.

The crossing Koča na Golici - Stol is nicely described in the Karavanke guidebook (Irena Mušič, Vladimir Habjan, Sidarta 2007), where the time 4-5 hours is given.

Maks, I've walked this path twice. Since from Golica towards Stol it mostly gently ascends from Kočna saddle, you'll need a good five hours, you can add another hour. It's well marked, so you can't miss it. The path course is also well visible from afar.

Up past Korlnov rov and along the winter path. The path is well marked and there are enough safety features on the rocks. At the top of Golica there's a fence so sheep can't reach the benches. Descent along Krvavka ridge, to Suha saddle and across Markeljnova planina. The road through Savske jame is not too nice, but they drive on it.

Golica- circular path... To Fenc is a nice, fairly wide asphalted road. In this area there are quite a few novelties. Paths to Golica are dry, pleasant. I went up the winter path, down through Savske jame. At the top it's always nice. Livestock is still grazing on Markeljnova planina. The road through Savske jame has many potholes, but it's drivable. The hut under Golica will be open all October, says Katarina..

21.2. Golica from Betel via winter path. Already in forest snow to ankles. Followable steep track also direct to Krvavka with gaiters and crampons. On windblown but trodden ridge here and there (various "trodden" cross shortcuts on grass, late afternoon I didn't go...). Way back just inspected sled track for Sunday race, juhu  Summer path also looks trodden.
