Darinka, we had to solve the puzzles ourselves without you because you were wandering. Do you have any suitable material for there too?

I don't have much, because I was surrounded by flowers only.

Darinka, that beautiful lizard on pic 1 and 2 is martinček or European common lizard (Lacerta agilis) and it's protected. Zelenec (Lacerta viridis) is really green and a bit blue at the head (especially during mating) and is the largest Slovenian lizard. Keep delighting us with pictures and trails! darko

We two also enjoyed the late summer sun on the coast a few days ago. Unlike the upper comment, the 'ferrata' doesn't seem very demanding to me and I'd definitely recommend it to some beginner. Halfway there's a nice viewing balcony, then a bit more and we're already out of the climbing part. Rock is excellent and offers lots of steps and holds.

For ferrata beginners I'd recommend something easier. Nice is this one in V Mojstrani-Grančišče-right.

Well, I think Gradiška is not exactly for pure beginners, unless there's an experienced one along. It's demanding, many have trouble already with the entry to the ZZ part (which is intentionally made that way). And that ridge above the balcony is very airy.

Well. The path is very well secured, technically not demanding - there are enough footholds everywhere and they are big, so it goes almost like on a staircase, mainly it has excellent rock - you can't find such in the high mountains, it shows it's an area where snow is more or less an exception. And summing up all three, it's clear - the route is perfectly suitable for ferrata beginners. It's airy, of course. But ferratas are like that anyway.

It would be good if you took a guide written by an expert in hand, so there's no dilemma later .... 50 climbing routes for example. Things become clearer. Lp

I was on this route, for me it's still a very demanding route ... Read the book and some other literature so the terms become clear ... Lp
