The last comment seems most appropriate to me and I completely agree with it.
Go at your own risk. I believe you won't meet anyone on the path.
Personally I like looking at pictures, but in the current situation it's about public health and safety which is severely threatened.
The disease has gotten way out of control and we can only hope it stops with strict and consistent enforcement. Wars so far have taken with consequences always less than 100 million lives (so far). If this doesn't stop soon we can be satisfied with such a number. I have a degree in mathematics and know what percentages are. And 3% is not the same as 30%.

The fact is that mountain rescuers did not intervene anywhere on Saturday and Sunday. Source: Spin

The fact that mountain rescuers did not intervene is no excuse for idiots who still rush into the mountains at this time.

The fact is that because of such who don't give a fuck about everyone and everything, now others are limited to movement in their own municipality.
And probably Matej thinks he is one of those best, most capable who now go to the mountains and nothing can happen to them. When the rest who now follow the rules come back to the mountains, then rescue will be needed again.
They used to call this holy simplicity.

Don't believe too much in propaganda, Drago, since you're not five years old. I, due to the nature of my work, am around quite a lot and tell you that this raised dust over the weekend and otherwise is total manipulation - which the blind and deaf of course unconditionally believe; the consequence is visible here, namely - spreading intolerance to yesterday's good neighbors and general hatred. Whose interest is this, I hope you know from Yu times.

Probably really need to see heaps of crosses also in Slovenia first for people to think.
And as I already mentioned somewhere, people don't give up until enough fear hits them. For others such don't care anyway because nothing can really happen to them.

I agree it's a very rigorous maybe even excessive measure. But prevention is what authorities refer to here I somehow agree..
Don't believe it's just individuals not following "order" though those breaking "rules" aren't many either (relative term here again). Definitely don't like that authorities put posts - about "crowds" at tourist spots - in various media as argument for new movement limits which have their interest here..
But actually true that - examples attract. Also why such sharp cut. So in all arguments grain of truth all together one big mess...

Yes some even backwards (and in livestream) which even easier puts to lie weekend crowing of various media (who copied content from "state" STA). Love of various mayors and especially their residents at this I well remembered and will reward appropriately after end.

As for crosses there will be too many but not because of virus but consequences of economic collapse. Just won't hear so inflated about them...

Come on, you don't believe yourself, do you ... Measures should be taken based on data, but here there were no data, only anecdotal and partly made-up examples. This is not about any specific mass violation of measures - because there never was and nowhere was such a thing - but about the totalitarian tendencies of the dream pair Glanzkopf&Kaco. But it's easier to blame people (who don't behave any differently than always, only some would like to replace them) than to admit they were just waiting for an excuse, and one pulled by the nose at that.

Jax, if someone writes that it was hard to get a parking spot at Vršič Pass, for you that's also not mass violation, but just an anecdotal note?
You'll probably say now that there were few parking spots available there or something similar. Excuses will always be there.
Totalitarian tendencies are probably a big problem if you have them in your head.mežikanje

And then everything was quiet. Except that the spies - that's what they're called here - got their way. Yeah, as Napoleon wrote many years ago. I love treason, but I hate traitors. Otherwise, the RS constitution states that freedom of movement is a guaranteed human right, which according to this constitution - Article 32 - can be restricted even for the purpose of preventing the spread of infectious diseases only and exclusively by law. Likewise, Article 16 of the constitution cannot be overlooked, which states that constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms can be restricted only for a certain duration of war or emergency, which was not declared in Slovenia, as the government did not propose it to the parliament. From the above, it follows that the mentioned measure is a gross violation of the constitution and is therefore legally null, since there is no official state of emergency in the country, and even if there were, the constitution transfers legislative powers to the president of the republic, not to the government. So.

Bravo Darinka4. That's how you talk. I'd add something, but your post is argument enough. To all the others who are diplomatically hiding in their rabbit holes, just this: stay healthy, see you at the demos..... For every disease a flower grows, you know that. I admit, they got us good!

The measures we have here are also in other European countries. Maybe they are somewhat milder somewhere (Sweden), but our neighbor is Italy (10,700 dead) not Sweden. The difference is only that here police warn people, abroad they issue concrete fines.

And such measures were introduced precisely because of animals whose instinct pulls them to the sea, to the mountains, on bikes or even paragliders. Last weekend it was nicely visible on TV and webcams crowds of people at the sea, Bled, Planica, Krvavec, Kranjska Gora and elsewhere, but even that can't convince the trained left-wing little Slovenians not to look for conspiracies and usual culprits. That they canceled the Olympics, Euro 2020, NBA, MLB, Tour, Giro, Wimbledon obviously still doesn't convince some.

@ Darinka which article of the constitution will you quote then, when they'll be hauling bodies away by trucks, as they already do in Italy? Or will you quote Napoleon then too?

China, America, Spain, Italy, France.. Just a scam. In Slovenia something like that is impossible, we're too much in the mountains. And the government is to blame for everything, which is trying to prevent the collapse of healthcare, which didn't succeed elsewhere in the world. Some virus, the government is to blame for everything.

Since I see some "talking bullshit" about things that aren't true, I'll post what the new regulation is:

--------------------------------------------
To walking areas only in your own municipality

Access to public parks and other walking areas is allowed only in the municipality of permanent or temporary residence. For the area of an individual local community, the mayor may with a decision that is publicly published, determine the manner and conditions of access or prohibit access to certain public places and areas in the municipality.
--------------------------------------------

If people were as smart in private as they are on the internet, there would be less nonsense read about how infection spreads because of hiking. And no, you won't get a 400EUR fine if you go to the mountain, but still take care of yourself and use common sense.

Everything will be ok.
