Yeah, yesterday we repeated that one of mine from a few days ago, Kurja Valley- Kal Ridge, it fits all parameters. Fog wasn't an obstacle, we didn't miss the views, photos would be the same as last time, terrain is still the same as 120 years ago when Slatnar-Bos was climbing here.

Yesterday via an interesting hunting path to Kal Ridge. From Suhodolnik past the hunting hut and over Neškarjev plaz to the ridge. The path gets lost several times in grass and bushes, occasionally marked by rare cairns. The last part is quite steep, given yesterday's warm sun, also hot smile

. Then descent on marked path to Cojza hut and to the car.

Today my friend and I headed to Kal Ridge. Parked at Jezerca and along the icy road towards Dom na Gospincu. Continued towards Zvoh and below the summit turning towards Dolga Njiva. Path to Dolga Njiva pasture is icy and of course objectively dangerous without proper gear.
Followed a break at the pasture, then continuation pure torment in terms of finding passages and deep wading through dwarf pines to the top.
Track is made, but really, it mostly goes through dwarf pines and keeps breaking through, so walking is pure misery.
Return same way.

Yesterday I did a circular tour Kriška Planina, Planina Koren, Vrh Korena, Kal Ridge, Planina Dolga Njiva, Krvavec and back to Kriška Planina. Conditions on the northern parts demanding - crampons needed, otherwise a bit of everything, sometimes snow holds, elsewhere it was sinking to the ass, especially among bushes.

Today I was also on Kal Ridge. Without crampons it wouldn't go.

Yesterday despite cloudy and windy weather nice tour over Krvavec, Veliki Zvoh, Kal Ridge, Vrh Korena, Kompotelo, Košutno and Planina Koren.
Unfortunately some hooligan vandalized the signpost at Planina Koren.
I haven't seen anything like it on tours from Andorra, Spain, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia ..to Macedonia, I thought only cultured people go to the mountains.

Path excellent..., only while hiking from Kal Peak towards Ridge, fog hung on all surrounding peaks and persisted... sad

Today, 16.6., I went from Žagana peč to Kal Peak and then to Kal Ridge. Weather nice - ideal at least for me, no wind, views ... let the pics tell. Regarding the path, it has already been written; I'd just add no snow anywhere and at one part the peg-cable carrier is ripped out on the path from Kal Peak - Kal Ridge, on that demanding descent the aids are OK.

Yesterday I started at Suhadolnik, over Taško (scared some chamois) to Kokrsko sedlo and then to Kal Ridge. In between a visit to Kal Peak. No special features on the path, ladders over Taško renovated, and also the old path repaired (all praise). At the top full of sheep shit ..., nothing new!? tongue

Sky without a cloud, so it was quite hot. On descent I met a lady 85 years old going up at 12 (at old hut). Maybe a bit late!! confused

The lady who is 85 years old is Milena, she was in our group. She was very satisfied because she got up there, and of course somewhat tired on the return. She says she'll keep going to the mountains. Congratulations.

Today to Kal Ridge via Dolge Njive. Weather was drizzly all day, but it held. Peaks were hidden in clouds most of the time. On the western side of the ridge, fog formed from the valley in the morning, but didn't cover the ridge. Could say super conditions for the tour. Not too hot. Views phenomenal. A few more pics.
