I don't like getting involved in certain posts, but anyway. The sheep owner can't watch the sheep every moment, especially if he's not nearby. An animal is an animal. Cows also shit on paths where people walk. If you check the Kriška gora webcam, you can see how they solved the same issue around the hut. Fence installation, but the owner of the object - the chapel - should install it in agreement with PZS. Why always shift the costs of problems to other people or organizations?

Like Potpodnoge, I also don't interfere in things that don't concern me. So I'll just say my opinion, which doesn't mean everyone has to agree with it, but what I'll write is certainly true.
The beginning of my going to the mountains goes far back and when I started going to the mountains sheep grazed where the chapel stands, in Vrata where Šlajmr stands cows, which means that the one who made the chapel and the hut should also make a fence, same in Vrata. Internet hikers should close the doors or gates and all problems solved. Simple or not in today's time.

Yesterday with a colleague we started from the empty parking lot in Krma. Half an hour late start prevented us from sunbathing on the loungers in front of the Hut. But the ascent was in ideal conditions for a fast pace with a small backpack in light footwear. No snow on the path, but hard in front of the hut despite positive temperature. A quarter hour before our arrival the 'helicopter' did the change of the supply team, - they face 11 days of 24-hour shifts. Larches in the most beautiful colors, water along the path, but also none upstairs in the WC, so we treated ourselves to tasty tea and were the first customers of the fresh keepers. Descent much more unpleasant than ascent, so Kredarica in summer conditions from Krma won't see me soon.

Trail visibility is not problematic. Download oruxmaps to your phone, download the Slovenia map from openandromaps, of course you need to keep the phone with good battery warm (in the inner jacket pocket).
As for crampons - weather and snow conditions can change very quickly.

I was there yesterday, got to 2000m, because in places with drifts it was sinking up to the ass and more. Time-wise quite a bite, one in front of us was breaking trail and reached the top in 7.5 hours. Today maybe different, also don't know if the tracks held. I won't waste words on equipment...
