Ninja can even be invisible . Yeah, go, just take at least snowshoes with you or wait a day till they settle. Regarding the still low night temps into Friday, it should hold for walking without snowshoes.

Was there yesterday... In beechwood lots of fallen trees, some detours and exercise for warmup... snow starts a bit below Vrtača with dry bits in between, from Prgarca no more dry parts... footprints sink as you go because of high temps and it's good to know the trail... quickly above scree and in it... , didn't sink too much....
It was a very nice day

Please for the clearest description if there is still any snow to Kredarica via Krma? Would go up with our 7-year-old, need the right info.

Hello!
Snow patches start already behind Arnova glava, same on Triglav slopes. Solid snow cover then on summer path left and right of Kalvarija to last slope under Kredarica hut. So winter boots needed there (with gaiters). That's from me.

Anyone walked these days from Kot valley to Stanič hut and on to Kredarica, what's path like - dry or which passable without winter gear. lp and safe step all hikers

In that area snow will hold for a long time, snowfields are dangerous there especially on the steep crossing above Peklo, above Stanič it is fully snowy, a bit less if going over Rž, snow only up to the ridge. For a possible slip, at least the use of an ice axe is necessary. As Igor said, a slip is dangerous as long as snowfields persist.

The first snow tongue is right above the spring, followed by ca. 20 min of bare ground, then all under snow. At least an ice axe is not superfluous.

You can get to Kredarica without winter gear from Krma ( http://www.hribi.net/izlet/dolina_krma_triglav_cez_kredarico/1/1/129 ) . On Friday, when we were hiking there, we crossed some smaller snowfields, of which only one shorter one requires a bit more caution. Otherwise, we extended the crossing below Vrh snežne konte a bit and did not turn right on the scree and still snowy Kalvarija, and at the end of the snowfield (ca 50 m) climbed the path coming from Konjsko sedlo.

Does anyone plan to go to the top in September? Through Krma it is nice and safe, a bit of perseverance before the end before Kredarica you must have, a 60-year-old walked with me, we chatted so much that we forgot we were walking and got up and down in 7 hours without problem. The climb is not hard, it is nice everywhere to the top, just good mood and good shoes, all possible (29 times already up) "dolenka".

That's already further, where path from Staničeva koča already descends to Krma. This snowfield remained from winter.
