Price is important, what the path is like.... and bedding isn't damp either, unless it's like in some bivouac that Anže visits, and the sun sets at 16.20, light till 17.15, then dark because that half moon rises late

Viharnik looks like you mixed up the poles a bit. Snow in bigger amounts I don't know if we'll see this year, maybe not next year either, only the cold we won't drive away. If the forest thins a bit more, one could already go to Prgarca with a vehicle

Normal temperature will arrive in mountains only now. Going to warm up a bit at Kamniško sedlo with Juri.

Hello.
I'm interested if anyone plans to go to Triglav from Krma on 6 or 7.1 and what's the road to Krma like. Is it passable with a personal car or not? And what are the conditions like: snow, ice, dry on the path?

Regarding conditions, I asked a bit at Kredarica with meteorologists and they said weather will be nice and 5 cm snow has fallen and no major dangers and next 2-3 days no new snow expected.

Weather will change, so the trail description won't be much use to anyone.
Maybe just some pics to spice up rainy days in the valley, hoping that snow in the heights will bring us belated winter idyll, though magic never lacks at this time.
Coffee and service at Kredarica as always super excellent, and road to Krma tip top (I see some still have sense for solidarity contribution filling the "bucket" for future snowy times).
Festive little fir and other cheerful additions in the snow...if only there were more such positive & willing people

Got it by e-mail....
Sending probably the oldest color photo of Triglav Lodge at Kredarica. In the picture the hut is renovated in 1909. In front of the hut there's still the old chapel of Mary of the Snow. The chapel was built by Jakob Aljaž in 1896 and served its purpose until 1952, in spring 1953 it was found destroyed. Janez Kocijančič's photo most likely taken between 1940-1942.

From Kredarica to Malo polje very good conditions for skiing (I was unfortunately on foot this time  ).

Today for consolation prize to Kredarica. Since I didn't take skis on Saturday, had to fix the mistake today.
Road in Krma really quite icy, much more than Saturday. Already the hill under Kovinarska hut gave me trouble, further from the trough it stopped midway up and I could practice putting on chains again.
Snow on descent typical January. Wind did its thing and Saturday's powder turned into a mess of all possible hardnesses. Still enjoyed skiing to the end of Malo Polje.
On Triglav today there was one who skied down Kurica on the way back.

Is it possible on skis from the car, is there enough snow for walking in Krma?
