There's plenty of it on the flat, but when the ascent starts it depends on how much you care about your gear. Somewhere from the start of the scrub onwards there should be enough for the ascent. For the descent, as I already wrote, I don't recommend from Mali Polje down.

None of that. You can ski to Mali polje without problems, lower it's more torture. You can ski even lower in the forest and down the valley to the car. The more variants you know, the more you enjoy.

Hi, I'm interested in the current conditions on the Krma-Kredarica path. Tomorrow I'd head up and I'm wondering what gear I need? Namely, I'm not a very experienced hiker and this is my 1st time on this path... thanks for the answer!

@janka.afna, how come you decided for a high mountain tour in winter? You don't know the path and have no experience. That's not a good combination. Even if you get gear, do you know how to use it? And if you decide to go anyway, weather will be better on Sunday. Good luck.

Mukica, thanks for the info! Irina, the decision is made, despite everything I'm going on the path, will sleep up there and return on Sunday.

Hi, did anyone walk/ski through Krma today? How is it? And how's the road to the access? Thanks for info.

Road passable smooth. Normal descent to the meadow, lower to the silo.

Today parking spaces ran out, so many visitors and many of them climbed to the top. I visited Kredarica and the cave below it, Franci provided tips on how to get there... thanks

Mukica, can you perhaps forward tips on how to get to the cave under Kredarica? It's been tempting us for a while but we don't know exactly how to get to it... Thanks, lp

Skuta6, go as if to the summit, soon when you descend a bit from the hut you'll see a good track into the gully on the left...nicely along the track and you reach the cave, the entrance is quite large and worth seeing. We went into both caves, nice passage and then out from the second, also nicely along the track, that exit is much smaller and in winter with high snow covered. Nicely up the gully, you arrive a bit before the hut. Complete winter gear is needed. As Franci said it's most interesting in April or May I'll surely visit it again
