There's not much snow on Krn, it starts at Planina Kuhinja. But there are winter conditions, so proper equipment is needed. You can check my photos from today of Krn from afar (posted under Matajur-loop).

Zasavčan, it went without crampons, snow very little in places, where it had drifted sank even to the waist. On top snow just a sample. More caution needed on slippery grass than on snow, otherwise super hike .

Ljubitelj gora, sorry, I'm not such an expert to guarantee the path condition for the weekend. But with Krn weather - rain forecast, some snow patches likely gone completely.. but wait till end of the week to check. If rain continues, path probably mostly muddy, slippery definitely quite a bit.
