After years of wishing, my better half and I finally went to Ojstrica yesterday (11.08.2011) with a friend and her son. Starting at Planina Podvežak, ascent via Mala Ojstrica, return via SPP to Kocbekov dom and back to Podvežak. The day was exceptionally nice, temperatures just right - short sleeves all the way, even at the summit no need for extra clothes. The path is pleasant, though long in kms, more time than height diff suggests.
Summit and Kocbekov dom had lots of people, especially for a workday. Most chose route from Kocbekov dom via SPP, so on the eastern ridge we hiked alone all the time.
Nice ascent, beautified by the nice day.

Yesterday bagged Ojstrica via Kopinškova. Great weather, nice views. Nice path, quite a few visitors up top.

Eh, I don't know whether to add anything , yeah really, SSKJ our only important written source of recent years, which we often refer to, is becoming outdated; a more modern and newer one should already slowly be created, since language is a 'living creation' and these examples of actual usage given in various SSKJ nests, some are already outdated, and of course it doesn't contain the newly arisen ones.
So much about this topic and the entry pasti.

Turbo: today I "checked" Ojstrica, namely up Kopinšek's and over Škarje back. Also looked towards Mala Ojstrica and all stands in "its place" (they quickly fixed the thing), so you can "jump" up, just watch it doesn't fall again.

Due to time pressure we went only to Korošica today. We started the path a bit above Lonec. The little pool supposed to be a natural attraction looks more like an abandoned buffet - shame.
Markings also more modest and improvised. At PD Celje Matica, they could make a bit of effort and fix their paths.
On the whole path only at the start one single board showing where the path goes. At the other junctions, all left to the visitors' feeling. In short, without a map nowhere.
On the same path as us, a couple from Pula went after us. They say at these temperatures it's more pleasant here in the hills than at their sea. And blessed peace too. Today they will have wonderful weather for the ascent to Ostrica, and it won't be hot for them. We will be cooking in the city at 35+. Really envy them.

Teenage son wanted high mountains, so yesterday Ojstrica logical choice.
Road to planina Podvežak in increasingly bad shape, just a bit more and passable only for off-road vehicles.
Ascent started at chapel and on original Kocbek path past Mala Ojstrica to top. This path is interesting for me as entry tour to Ojstrica along ridge. So if no trouble to Mala Ojstrica, none to Ojstrica top either.
Summit great views, less great temp +25 degrees.
In short, son enjoyed, me too.

Today I started a circular tour in Kamniška Bela towards Presedljaj. Seems there used to be a signpost at the parking, didn't notice it today. Path sparsely marked at start, but forest path otherwise, can't miss. To saddle shade and dew, wet to my ass, then bushes and cows not moving. At Prag turned to Lučki Dedec, full of cairns, hard to stray. Back down to Kocbekov dom, Sedelce, Mala Ojstrica, Ojstrica, over Škarje to Lučka Brana, then Planjava. Descent to Kamniško sedlo, scree down to home in KB. Then sun and asphalt walk to car. That was the best
