Oh, I was at the summit in a duo on Saturday 10.09. around 13. We chose the path from Robanov kot over Mala Ojstrica. Wall excellently secured, super tour, just a bit long for one day. (Total 10h walking).

But one must somewhat look where to go to know the walking time, for Robanov kot is a nice morning trip, while Ojstrica is a true beauty. You probably admired that too.

Yesterday's conditions from Pl. Podvežak over M. Ojstrica to Ojstrica were ideal. Little snow to the saddle at Korošica, it was frozen, track was made. To Ojstrica summit had to cross some small snow patches, steps were made so no crampons needed.
On return also descent to Molička planina and back to Podvežak. No issues on that path either.

Today via Kopinškova to Ojstrica. Snow starts at junction behind Škarje. Snow no major issues to saddle where Logarska dolina visible. From there to summit crampons and ice axe needed. Descent via Škarje no problems.

To Ojstrica from Podveža via Molička planina then Kocbekova path over Mala Ojstrica to Ojstrica and down to Kocbekov dom past Vodotočnik over Deska back to Podveža. Weather foggy and quite windy. Path dry everywhere.

Yes really, yesterday it was exceptionally nice. Just the right amount of sun (well, there could still be a bit more), frost mostly only in the morning at the starting point, otherwise calm. In the morning at the starting point (Povežak pasture) there were four of us - me and her and two hikers who were marching around the nearby hills (pelican, correct me, maybe I missed something). Otherwise no living soul anywhere , only on the way back from Ojstrica summit we met a trio who had already done an exceptional tour to get here. Then back past Mala Ojstrica to Kocbekov dom, where we had a little refreshment, stamped the logbooks and hurried back to the valley. The path drags on a lot and is really soul-destroying . A few times we crossed snow patches that were mostly frozen. Otherwise full of sinkholes, birches and pits. On the way we also noticed two memorial plaques commemorating victims of a snow avalanche.
Otherwise a really nice hiking trip with exceptional views and wonderful weather.

Well, finally on Saturday Andrej and I managed to climb four short alpine routes on Veliki vrh on Dleskovška plateau. Weather fantastic except a bit windy on the summit. The fourth route Grapa we went through pretty quickly as time was pressing us a bit. Rock nice, lots of scrub (small pines) so we went a bit left a bit right. Really nice day.
