Yesterday via Grlo to Škarij and then past Lučke babe and Vilic to Planjava. I descended to Logarska dolina via Kamniško sedlo.
On the path from the junction below Rjavički vrh to Škarij it's mostly packed snow, which can be bypassed in places. Currently still doable without winter gear. Most of the path from Lučke babe onwards is also under snow, but it softens in the late morning and sinks in deeply. The secured section between Planjava and the saddle has snowy parts, but the steps are trodden.

On Saturday we walked this path. Path through Repov kot no problems - snowfield below the jump to Srebrno sedlo.
To Planjava one more snowfield, which can be bypassed.
Descent towards Kamniško sedlo - crossing several snowfields - we used full winter gear - rotten snow.
Descent on marked path to Jermanca.
Road is in pretty good condition - apparently repaired a bit after May 1st. Nice to have a higher car.

On Monday, 4.6. conditions: Up through Repov kot no problem, dry, no winter gear needed anywhere. Descent from Planjava summit towards Kamniško sedlo - still some snowfields, a couple can be bypassed, at least 2 are quite nasty, one on a very steep section, not long but still dangerous for slipping. Don't go without winter gear.

Yesterday, 13.6.2018, I went to Planjava via Repov kot in the afternoon. No problems with avalanche terrain or snow going up. Rock was dry, plenty of cairns too. Viewed from Planjava summit, the first two avalanche fields can be nicely bypassed above or below. More annoying is crossing the snowfield lower, below Sukavnik, towards the west wall. Snow was wet /started raining/ but you can nicely assist with ice axe. One of the last fixed ropes is slightly damaged, rest is fine. Recommend good footwear. Hut at saddle open from 10.6.2018 on. Good luck

About a month ago there was one snowfield on the scree, but passable, now probably gone. But there was just recently before we were there right under Škarje a solid fresh avalanche.

On Tuesday 7.8. path past Pastirci to Kamniška koča and on towards Planjava without issues, just pleasantly cool morning unlike the valley.
At the top a bunch of locals with whom we enjoyed the nice morning together, each with their meal

You can't miss it. In Klin, before the path ascends turn right on the clearly visible trail. That's also junction for Kamniški dedec (sometimes on the trunk it said this path doesn't lead to Kamniško sedlo). Path clearly visible throughout, fixed rope at harder spot for help. At pools junction for Staničev vrh you go straight up. No orientation issues as you have Zeleniške špice ridge on right all the way.
