Aljoša, gather our team from Raduha and let's go. Nice and without pitons is the path from Lučka Bela via Starih štal, past Vodotočnik and Korošica.

Planning this Sunday in Kamnik Alps, hope for nice weather, Saturday rain, but Sunday they say clearing... so interested since we haven't decided where to go yet; (Lučka Baba, Strelovec, Kalški greben, or Grintavec)
Are these huts open this weekend (Sunday): Cojzova koča, Dom na Gospincu, and Koča na Klemenči jami?

Today I was on Planjava from Kamniška Bistrica, from KB to the first hut exactly 1 hour, to the saddle 1.40 hours. At Kamniško sedlo it was foggy and windy, a bit further towards Planjava sunshine, at the top of Planjava it was windy.

Yesterday my friend David called me if I was up for some tour. Yes of course, I always am. So today while driving towards Logarska we debated where to go. This has become our habit, deciding only during the drive where to go. Radmirje is behind us, so not from Kamnik side. In Luče we turn towards Podvolovljek and then to Lučka Bela. So today to Planjava or at least as far as we can manage. Road to Lučka Bela as always, more bad than good. But at least no one was hauling wood. Snow started already at the parking below, but snow cover very variable thickness. From bare ground to wallowing almost to the butt. Snow partly crusty, partly bearing human weight. To Starih štal we had some problems with snow-laden brush. All the way to the top, especially at the top, great visibility and views. Could see everything in Grossglockner radius. In short, another nice tour.

Sorry Ksena, the mountain you named Raduha is 2139m Ojstrc, Obir or Hochobir, in background High and Low Ture. View north to Koroška.
In the picture -sun and wind and Ojstrica, Raduha is left of Ojstrica, in between in background also Uršlja, right of Ojstrica Poljske Device, Velika Zelenica and Veliki vrh, behind Smrekovec and Golte ski slope.
You see it even better on Janez's picture- top: Raduha is between Krofička and Ojstrica. View east to Styria.

Drago40, thanks for the lesson , KSA and mountains I can see from their summits I'm just getting to know and happily accept every correction. At least next time I'll know which beauty or handsome I'm seeing. Happy trails, stay safe and lots of enjoyment in mountains that are really especially beautiful in winter.

Yesterday the decision was made - Sunday Planjava from Jermanca. I've never been to Jermanca before. Whenever I hiked in the Kamniks, mostly from Logarska, then up to Frischauf (twice from Žagana peka to Kokrsko sedlo). It rained on me from Slov. Bistrica to Žalec. When turning off the highway, I'm skeptical, as Planjava is wrapped in clouds, Brana fully exposed. What can you do, go to Jermanca, and we'll see what happens. Not alone, five car crews heading out despite the small "drizzle" from above. Start at 5:45 over Pastirci to the hut at Kamniško sedlo (7:30, then breakfast, tea and blueberries). Planjava still won't come out of the clouds. So I decide, go and equip with helmet. Halfway Grega catches up with me and with cheerful chat in an hour and a half to the top. Up top we can't stay more than five minutes, as a very strong and cold northerly is blowing. In an hour and a half we're at the hut, where "ričet and radler go down". Short break and descent back to Jermanca. Along the way met lots of people "pilgriming" to K. sedlo. Nice Sunday, just the views from Planjava poor. LP

Today Planjava via old hunter path - adrenaline rush. A bit of wind, stronger gusts, tons of chamois on path, at Kam.sedlo half of Slovenia (on purpose a bit)

Planjava, yesterday from Kamniška Bistrica homestead, past Pastirji to Kamniško sedlo. There we drank tea and headed to Planjava. At the top nice views, Ojstrica partly in fog, we continued over Škarje and along the ridge below Ojstrica to Kocbekov dom on Korošica, there we ate good bean stew and in nice sunshine towards Kamniška Bistrica. We hurried because the forecasts were not good. Through scrub in the first part walking was real torture, in the lower forest part a thunderstorm caught us, soaked and satisfied we put on dry clothes in Bistrica!!!
