Short circular ascent to Raduha from the south side, + little something at Koča Loka.. Shame it was cloudy.. Next time it will be better..
I believe the track isn't needed by anyone since everything is marked, but if someone wants it (and link to full album on Google) they can download it from

Today from Vodol and Javorje to Durce. From there to the summit and back past Koča na Loki (closing end of the month), along the road to Vodol.
Snowy in the morning, on return just water. velik nasmeh

At 10:00 I parked at Sp. Sleme pass and headed towards Grohat in pleasant 8-degree temperature. The freshness after all the hot days was very welcome!
I went up the climbing path and down through Durce. Towards the summit some grit on the path, snow mostly gone. Mountain silence so deep I could hear it! Higher up the north wind pulled, but in the lee just below the summit on the south side it was pleasant enough to sit and watch the clouds in the sky. Nice day for the mountains!
I also jumped to Mala Raduha and then on the freshly made path through Durce to Grohat. Hut open on weekends.

Only on the climbing path in the upper part some grit and a little snow persisting due to lower temperature on the north side, nothing problematic, otherwise Raduha is clear!

Guys no fuss, plenty of mountains and mushrooms for everyone! velik nasmeh

Clear, sunny morning at Bukovnik farm. Thermometer shows a few degrees more than in the valley +5C. Frozen in the shade.
Along the ridge to the wall and into the gully. Lanež greets us in the sun. Short break and continue to Mala Raduha.
We climb to Velika Raduha.
Snack, rest, on the summit chatting with ptarmigans. The only visitors and they were happy to see us. We descend via the cables. Descent is bare, just occasionally frozen, which poses no special problems.
Hut at Grohat nicely renovated. After a bit over six hours back at start.
No snow. Shady parts frozen. On summit light west wind cooling overheated bodies.

Yesterday, Tuesday, on Raduha. From Kosmačevih Rastk the path through the forest was sprinkled with snow in places. At the hunting hut on Cirkovnica the sun was already shining on us. From the hut on Loki we made a new track. At the hut there were about 10 cm new snow, then more and more. Below Mala Raduha we were already trudging deep into new snow to knees or more in drifted snowdrifts. A ski tourer followed us, who then skied down from Mala Raduha. Just below the summit a couple overtook us. We were very glad for their company especially the footprints they made with snowshoes on the very snowy summit. nasmeh

But it was nice again to be in the snowy fairy tale.

Yes really, such fresh whiteness of snow in mountains is something wonderful. Thanks all. I wish you and hope we will share it this winter too. Regards all.

Today from Tevca and past Loki to summit. Descent same.
Dry to ca 1300m, from hut super conditions. Track, hard snow… nasmeh

With a car one can reach the bend below Planina Vodole (someone told me yesterday).
The Tevčevi are a kilometer ahead from Miklavca, where one turns right to Radušnik, approx 900 m asl.

Parked in the forest under Radušnik. The start in the forest is muddy until you reach the snow. At Koča na Loki we put on small crampons. The path is packed, trodden and partly icy. It can also be done without crampons, just be more careful on the descent.
The expected wind in that area was not there. The ascent was pleasant, sunny and warm.
On the summit some visitors awaited by the always hungry ravens. We brewed some coffee, chatted a bit and slowly headed to the valley. On the sunny spots the snow had already softened nicely. Short stop at the hut (closed) and descent to the starting point. All in all it took 6 hours.
Some drove to the parking under the hut.
