Your Raduha is actually quite large... or stretched out. One part is along the main road before Luče, even more houses are higher up, to 900m and more. And a school bus drives there too, but the ride is apparently quite adrenaline-filled... and the driver must be very good. So a 50-seat tourist bus would be strongly inadvisable.

Yesterday after a year break as part of the 31st Arnič hike I visited Raduha again. Although a low mountain it has quite a few starting points, I always enjoy the longest one, from Luče. The elevation gain is similar to Krma - Kredarica, where you hike all the way to the hut at Loka in the shelter of the forest. Due to extremely nice weather, and long tradition of the hike, a huge number of hikers visited the summit, who mostly drove high up on dry forest roads.
Real snow starts only just above the hut, strong sun melted it a lot, so the ascent wasn't easy at all. There were quite a few groups from various mountaineering clubs, but I'm surprised why they insisted on crampons. The view from the top was fantastic, visibility no worse than from Jalovec the day before. In the clearings above the hut there's a plantation of blooming crocuses, which I forgot to photo
Didn't take the camera, so I made some shots with the phone.
Invited next year to the 32nd Arnič hike!

Today's Raduha:
-road to below pl. Loka is (still) impassable from the turn-off to pl. Kosmač. Vegetation, approx.950m, no entry sign, there's still quite some snow on it.
-compacted snow cover from Loka onwards, the track still holds, outside it sinks here and there.
-otherwise (too) warm weather, no wind and today solitary, as I met only one hiker.
-if I saw correctly, I think snowmobiles reached below M.Raduha (2nd picture)!?

Snow held the weight, ideal conditions. No real track to the top anyway, but we didn't need it.
Descent to Arto... and Snežna jama.
Road to Loka still impassable for now.

Last night we drove the car with spare gear and food, drinks, to Bukovnik. Now we each took our own things we intended to change. Then, each according to their strength, over Durc to Raduha. Plenty of sweating. At the fork we briefly dropped packs and headed to the top. From the top straight down to Loka. Due to closed hut we continue the hike with own supplies.

Yesterday (12.12) we headed to Raduha, as we expected it wouldn't be too crowded midweek. It was true. Met no one. From Kosmačevi Rastke to Loka little snow, partly frozen. From Loka upwards we even made fresh track in about 5 to 10 cm new snow. At the top we admired clouds rolling from the west. On the way down after 12 o'clock the snow became very spring-like and weather warm.
