On 22.5. it was possible without crampons over the snowfield, hope it's even better now.
Just in case take small crampons with you.

On Sunday 29.5 we were on Rodica, started from parking lot a bit above Laški Roven. Missed the road to Javorje and thus extended the path to Suha quite a bit but we didn't mind as the forest path is beautiful. From planina Suha to the top via Lepa Suha only one snowfield to cross, snow was soft midday, can also bypass it. Beautiful path, little visitors so more flowers

On 25.5 the road from Laški rovt was newly processed with "grader" and nicely drivable. Need to watch at canal crossings as they are piled high. Hit the second left turn then keep right direction no orientation issues. Higher up signs for Suha. With Honda Jazz over all canals no problem. The path itself from Javorji over Suha to top without issues and snow.

From Javorja to Rodica it's a really cute little path to the top. Only at the bunker sharp left turn where easy to miss. Otherwise to the top about two hours if not resting too much

Around Rodica most action in winter when ski tourers visit. Of course in summer nice hike with views from Triglav to sea. If clear day.
Started path over planina Suha through narrow gully shortest variant to top. In gully Viktor caught us, real legend of planina Suha and Rodica. Of course overtook us, consolation we stopped a lot for flower photos  Well, met again at top.
After views tempting snowy valleys Bohinj side under Rodica. Viktor suggested where to descend. Area called v Dolah extremely beautiful, lonely interesting. Charmed us so returned two days later.
After exploring valleys joined hunter path to hut on Glin, then to pl. Suha and parking.

Today I went to check another road above Tolmin, which turned out to be a real highway compared to that for Žabče...this time I drove behind Poljubinj all the way to planina Pod-Kuk, where the last parking is, and for warm-up already "biting" the road to Koča on planina Razor, which will be open nice weekends. Continued in the direction or to the top of Vogla, where strong wind on the ridge accompanies me, so continued in nice and especially "low" descent and again ascent to Šija and again descent and re-ascent.....and repeat the exercise a few times and finally stood on Rodica. As I chose circular variant, descended mulatiera direction Rut, then after about an hour turned right to geological path to planina Razor. Path easy, beautiful, varied, even "paved" in two spots, actually crosses under today's walked ridge, but at the end it dragged a bit for me...loop ended at Močile where path hits road before planina Kuk.
It was a nice and sunny day with occasional wind companion

Nice path. No signs of autumn yet, but auntie will soon color the forests, I think. And then it will be even nicer.

rozka, how much time did you need for this path? It tempts me a bit for Saturday morning. Can this be hiked in about 6 hours?
