From approximately 0.00 cm at the top of Komarče to approximately 75.00 cm at the Hut at Triglav Lakes.

Stop writing that paths are passable without winter gear, because then people die in the mountains. ...otherwise nice pics...

Good day. How is the snow on the path to the Hut at TJ from Planina Blato? Via Prode/Štapce?

Hello, approximately how much time is needed from Zadnjica to the hut at Triglav Lakes and then descent to Lake Bohinj (Planina Blato)? Probably about 7-8 hours walking? Thanks

This is a mountaineering site, and all those who stopwatch time and boast in front of hikers who walk and of course time is much longer than for runners, I suggest you join the Grintovec run end of July, so I see you. I am a mountain runner myself but it doesn't occur to me to write my time on a mountaineering forum. Here we are for descriptions and features of our trips, and hikers don't give a fuck what time someone has for which peak. Good luck.

really incredible what scribbling ...stupidities with shamelessly large Ego of one's own mirror view of course (known for a very long time) no help ... always again in circle of self-confirmation maybe helpful to Tadej (if he finds will and time), to really redirect all such bravados out of the sections, where probably most up here want mainly to read (write) about paths, mountains ... for hikers, mountaineers before tour choice important current information

I don't know, I don't know. In the Škrlatica thread some people were horrified by those who dared to ask about current conditions.

How much unnecessary bashing and ranting! And in between we've strayed from the original topic ten times already. What happened happened, the path is closed now and they'll repair it. End of debate

To bring us all back to the topic: Today we conquered Double Lake and Mala Tičarica: there via Prode, back via Štapce, for some this is a classic tour, for me the first such execution, my husband was at the lakes for the first time ever (at one there was even a nude beach and cheerful swimming of foreigners ). Kilometers on the path add up like this, at the end it's already dragging, but we were lucky with the weather, the threatening clouds stayed over Bohinj mountains.... Under Štapce it's all orange from Kranj lilies and fragrant from carnations now. The path to Mala Tičarica is freshly marked, we met diligent trail markers at work! One tip - today we tried the free bus from Senožeče to under Planina Blato and the thing works great, the bus is fully occupied. On that account there are at least a few dozen fewer cars parked up there every day. Whoever still complains about the toll and parking at Blato - the solution is at hand! Happy trails!

"This time's winner was a foreigner who reached Koča pri Triglavskih jezerih in water flip-flops..." well yeah, considering that there's practically a highway to the hut, in dry conditions there's really no need for those hardcore mountain boots with stiff sole for automatic crampons, 3.5mm perwanger leather and goretex membrane. I myself tested my Vibram Fivefingers exactly on the path you two walked and they were more than enough.

"You can weld without glasses too...?" if you already want to use welding as comparison: you don't need 3500€ welding gear and insulated workshop with extraction to patch a hole in the exhaust. you do need proper equipment that's true and if you see folks in Teva sandals on Jalovec it's really wtf; but to the hut at t. lakes... then best take full battle rattle and helmet just to take out the trash to the bin?
