Nice to wait at home on a chair, rested, enjoying watching some pop movie, while others overcome efforts (assuming you're sick), I slept only 2 hours, 4 hours drive, tired, .... a little food for thought.

Little one, boss would give L.G. paid extraordinary leave long ago for improving physical health, but here it's mental health, where there is no guarantee of noticeable improvement in a short time. Sometimes they'd say "God give him health".

SunBurned, you have such positive charge that you can really understand L.G.'s mind games. And lately there have been no excessive solar flares causing such damage as noticeable in some. Oh, sorry. Tomorrow full moon, which is a monthly tough trial for some. You're not one of them? On Monday, when that's past, it'll be noticeably better.

Me and most others fully understood it was a slip/simplification in LG's "neighboring" (after all we're mostly regular readers and know what expert LG is), but you made a whole fuss out of it and escalated it, dragging on to the second page. And clearly my remark didn't smarten you up, so from me over&out.

SunBurned!? I can confidently state that quite a good part of readers, including you and L.G., know Slovenian high mountains, mid-mountains and lower hills very little. L.G. has been on this forum for 3 (three) years and has been walking in mountains just as long. You have been here for even less time. There aren't many experts of the entire Slovenian mountains and claiming that L.G. is an expert is nonsense. For over 50 years I have been hiking Slovenian mountains, still find new corners, peaks and valleys. So sunstroke doesn't hit me, I always wear proper headgear. What about you?

julius, I gave one plus to this your comment, because I can't give more, you'd deserve at least 50!!! Because walking on marked trails (even secured ones), or on pathless terrain (like some publish here), are two different things!! Those others still know something more!!!

50 years can be squeezed down to just 5 years BTW, this is the forum corner, not who has the bigger one, when we go to mountains together we go for companionship... about my feats, tours I tell little among fellow hikers, gladly listen to others though, every opinion, experience counts for something

Some it doesn't help anything, they've been stupid all life. When you once have confidence in yourself, that school knowledge and some more on top, you're ready for many things.. If everything is straight in the head, there all things get decided.. If you yourself don't know how to set the limit, nature sets it for you sooner or later. Even in mountaineering/alpinism/climbing and so on we're not equal, even though we maybe all have similar "education" behind. To one IV seems hard while the other laughs at VII..

Pictures let them stay, never too many of them, especially if planning a route, you get lots of info from pics too. Keep going like that LG.

Conditions on the trail to Skuta from Cojzova hut are super This morning from Žagana I slightly broke the traffic ban towards Kokrško sedlo on wet path, think it rained overnight or heavy fog..When I got out of forest edge beautiful sun greeted me behind the fog, sky cloudless...heart sings when you look to foggy valley and sunlit peaks..after book entry in still open hut I go on to Skuta past bivouac which is really nicely set up..path ahead dry, well routed, first time walking it, I'd say no special features just nice weather and numerous herd of chamois accompanied me...insane experience, good I had helmet as they shot real stone barrages, marmots not asleep yet either..think I was alone.no people on any summit..hard to believe when weekends usually crowded everywhere..On return stop at hut for coffee, warden says I'm first visitor since Friday and they'll stay open sure this weekend, maybe next, deciding on board today...Nice day spent in mountains with nature, animals and myself
