Yesterday from the Karavanke looked towards Mojstrovke and it was quite white under the wall of M. Mojstrovka. But I think there shouldn't be problems on the path to Slemen. Snow on the path to Trupejevo poldne starts only at 1800 m and only patches in the shade.

The second picture below also captures a bit of the eastern side - screes where the normal route to M.Mojstrovka goes.
Considering you still do about 250m elevation to Slemen and especially the second part of the path to Slemen is in shade, I'd say there's still snow on the path. Anyway at this time of year summer sneakers don't belong in high mountains anymore (assuming that's why you're asking if the snow has melted).]]>

On Sunday we were up there. Compacted snow starts from the saddle onwards. The path is well trodden to the end. The snow is hard, because it's quite cold, I think it's still hard. No issues even with regular hiking gear. Larches just starting to yellow... maybe really the end of the month "the real ones".

On Sunday together with numerous hikers in the kingdom of glowing larches. The path was partly frozen, elsewhere muddy, but passable without problems. The biggest issue is jams on narrow spots if you meet a large group.
