Yesterday (22.11.) on the way to Storžič (via Kališče) I lost my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. It's waterproof. It was about 100-200m below the summit. I know chances are practically zero or minimal in current conditions, but hope dies last. If anyone finds it, I'd be grateful if you contact me at 040977556 or 030695523, or via ZS.

Unfortunately we saw nothing, at 2000m the track ended and we trampled to the top.

Afternoon past Kališče to Storžič, ice axe in one hand, crampons in the other, hat, gloves, some liquid and Frutabele in pocket, no backpack. Easier for me this way, fifth winter ascent and always like to return. Road from Mače to junction with last unofficial parking suitable only for off-road, though my car managed without issues (very old car fit for terrain), parked next to other 4x4s. Otherwise from Kališče on still quite cold, some wind, conditions mandatory crampons and ice axe. New fixed rope on one section, don't know how long. On return met someone going to top, around 15h.

Was up today, start Jekarca. From there to saddle real winter - relatively much snow. From saddle to top, snow on more southern side. Otherwise nice day, nothing else

If just recently I was trampling to the mountain even over knees, today almost unbelievable. Reached Stožec summit in low hiking boots. Toughest section was icy base on north side of ridge above Bašeljski pass. Higher just traces of snow. Careful steps.

How is the path from Kališče to Storžič regarding snow and ice and the road from Bašelj to Laški... is it passable or are they hauling some wood?

To Bašeljski preval without peculiarities, further to the top icy in a few places, good to have (small) crampons with you even if not needed. It was like that on Sunday. lp

For those covered by foggy cover. Today from Bašelj directly to the summit. From that direction there is no snow to the top. I descended to Kališče (, above Bašelj saddle there is still some snow but it goes without crampons), from there back to Bašelj. For this time exceptionally warm and almost no wind. Lp Miro

A bit awkwardly written. The path above Bašeljski preval is icy, but the icy sections can be bypassed. Behind me, two hikers from Kališče reached the top, both without using crampons.
