This week two days in Austria, one in Italy, in the mountains of course, so it was fitting to do one of our Slovenian peaks too. Morning in Zadnjica not particularly cold. Check conditions a bit and decide for Luknja. Path is dry of course. On Luknja wind from the coastal side, greet a lady sitting in lee on Gorenjska side. Turn up into rocks towards Plemenice. Path still dry all way to north face ridge. Here and there some small snow, no trouble. Below last chimney put on crampons, right decision, wire cable area mostly dry, exit as it should be this time, snowy. Of course not on final ridge, but below and on ZTP slope. Snow dry, holds weight well, walking pure pleasure. Oh, no one walked up there, no tracks at least. Over Bovška škrbina nicely snowy, slab poor in snow, more rock than snow. Only summit part snowy again. On arrival at top no one , then met three climbing from Kredarica direction and overtook two descending. Down to Kredarica snow missing here and there, almost all fixed protections out, poles quite worn. At Kredarica greet Rado and Janez. Rado reports yesterday evening rescue on Rž (yes, good to have full gear and know the route), and group from NG was there, all on this forum, pity they rushed to Krma . Well I didn't linger, long way waiting: down valley below Kredarica, past Planika hut and Dolič hut to Zadnjica. When at Na Logu in Trenta, Triglav summit still glowing in sun. What to say at end, fun. Never had such dry conditions end of November, nor such a warm day .
