I'm planning my first ascent to Triglav now that the tourists have calmed down a bit, but now I'm hesitating a little because of those few centimeters of snow...
Mountains aren't foreign to me anyway, but I'd rather ask... :-)

Hello!
I don't exactly know your abilities (I think no one but you knows them). My personal opinion is to wait with the visit until the next calendar year. Days are getting shorter, fog can surprise you, temperatures are already low enough that a thin layer of ice can form on the fixed cables and path, which can be very unpleasant.

October is one of the nicer months for visiting Očak, so go boldly, just need to find the right weather. In October it can still bake hot, or be real winter. The day is plenty long too, just start early enough. When the weather's right, hit the trail and good luck.

I wouldn't just encourage anyone to go to Triglav now that some cm of snow has fallen. Unless you know who's on the other side and what "mountains aren't foreign to me" means. Everyone must know and be aware of their abilities. Asking on the forum if I'm able to go to Triglav with a few cm of snow is basically...

No one is encouraging anyone to go right now, please don't write nonsense and twist words. Need to check weather and conditions. I emphasized that twice in my post.
Last time I was up there on Oct 19, it was exceptionally hot - hotter than summer and no sign of any snow. If it's icy now, just wait a few days and check again.

yesterday to Triglav from Vrata (Tominšek route both directions).
Snow up to the protected section below Kredarica is more theoretical; but that protected section (in shade) has some 5cm snow and more importantly, often icy underneath.
from Kredarica to Triglav first 50m ascent is nasty, snow and ice. later alternates dry patches with icy and "snowy" (there is snow but not a blanket, more a sheet).
maybe recommend those small crampons (missed them at times on my feet).

Krma - Triglav
Path from Krma to Kredarica b.p., Rutil has already given an excellent report on Triglav. Currently small crampons are really the most optimal for Triglav.
Based on what was seen from the top towards Rž, Triglav bases and Stanič hut, I'd say conditions are similar to ascent to Triglav (frozen with smaller icy sections), definitely not pure ice. Snow starts roughly at Stanič hut.
These days moderate NW wind blew and swept most snow, so not much left.

there is no such thing as "small crampons". crampons are, or there aren't.
and small crampons are worse than nothing, as they give false sense of "security".
