Absolute nonsense. Small crampons are very useful on flat or non-dangerous icy terrain. "Real" crampons can be dangerous for someone not used to them and going first time (say) to Triglav.
Of course nobody recommends climbing with small crampons.

On usefulness or uselessness of small crampons can speak who was on terrain, faced situation and saw people's approach on path

Matter of taste. Who can walk well, currently those are fully sufficient. Who can't, better not go even with 12-pointers.
Anyway, to say about small crampons outright they are deadly dangerous or "don't exist"(!!!!!!) is really overdone.

Small crampons recommended from start of ascent to crossing. Otherwise even with tennis shoes not svoh

Small crampons meant for Šmarna gora and similar hills, not practiced in serious mountains, more hiking icy southern variants in mid-mountains.

For a change we went on Saturday with a colleague via Savica and the seven lakes to Očak. Weather more than pleasant, at Ledvica morning fog boundary. From the top to Kredarica(lunch), continue to Planika and under Šmarjetna glava back to Dolič. From here along Mira Marko Debelak's path to Prehodavci and back via Komarča to morning start. Nice but really long tour, though 10h might seem quick. Without running at least on return no option for 1 day. It came to 42km.

Really excellent tour redbull. In July when the day is long, feasible in one day for fast and persistent hikers. Otherwise in two days, even better. Only Through Riža is not for everyone, really not.

A few years ago Komarča-Tičarice-Zelnarice on to Triglav and back via 7 lakes, very long and nice loop in one day.

Bojan, have you tried contact lenses yet? Fogging is really a problem with glasses, in many sports they are even dangerous.

@ MAemi. I deliberately started from Krma around 9:30 to make it as warm as possible. Morning was cloudless. Then fog rolled in. So you early birds had much nicer views.
