I have some experience, the point is I haven't gone to the top yet through the valley under cmirom. Into anything technically harder today I certainly wouldn't descend..

You'll make a nice track, you probably meant from Kot valley? From other starts I don't see the point of taking this peak

Ice axe and crampons Nino could take along, then you could dash to the top. There would be a bit more sinking.

Started a little before six at Korito. Two probably didn't feel like trudging anymore and turned back at Prgarca. There's really not that much snow at all. This part got the least snow. KSA got twice as much snow for comparison. To Kredarica the first track was pulled by a guy with a dog. He's very familiar in these parts. Upon meeting we chatted briefly and went our separate ways. He told me to pull a good "track" to the top, that it would be much easier for everyone tomorrow. It really was so. Ascent to Očak wasn't hard, just sank a bit more in places. Biggest issue in coming days could be the spot above the ledge due to very warm weather. Too sun-softened snow could be very dangerous from Monday on. Not much snow at the tower. On descent snow got harder than expected and very stable. As much as possible I freed the fixed ropes from snow for future ascents. I believe not many will use them, but some might find them. Path to Kredarica follows normal route (summer path). Not enough snow for winter variant. Nicely spent Saturday.

Yeah well, what's not clear then. Some go to Triglav many times because the conditions are always different and interesting.

Yesterday I went only to Veliki Draški vrh, to catch nice weather with fresh soft blanket for giga panorama of Triglav. Probably should have been up an hour earlier, Triglav barely showed through fog. Didn't spot Redbull, but his achievement is worth all praise...
This is link to probably largest Triglav panorama taken in summer.... Few clicks reveal more than a hundred hikers...
