, but km higher apparently snow for export. Today's path completely bare, even dry, only Gradišče, snow patches and sinkholes remind of winter. Walk pleasant to forest exit, on plateau more or less windy, above shepherds' settlement quite strong. On cable car two foreign women keep me company, on bus alone.

Today in complete peace and quiet all the way to the exit from the forest, where the wind started to pick up. I stop at Jarški, sheltered, there's some sun too. You can't go across the plateau without a hat, a few extremely strong and cold gusts made me think again about the cable car operation. The first crocuses are already blooming profusely, winter aconite is fading. Puddles on Zeleni rob are frozen. Alone in the cable car, in the bus only a lady with whom we've become good acquaintances. nasmeh

Yesterday's morning wasn't for the mountains, but for Vel'ko nasmeh

. Path washed, leaves rustling, air pristine. Pleasure in a brisk walk. Fog already above Pasje pečine, wind appeared only a few times before Gradišče. A bit below Zeleni rob, the sun peeks out too.

Yesterday I hurried to Velika Planina to capture in the lens the spring purple idyll of the plateau. From the parking lots winding columns of visitors were snaking, had to seek peace off the usual paths. Met a trio of cyclists and got a piece of chocolate. Thanks, it was excellent. From Marijanih njiv to the water tank I walked alone, then in column to Gojška, where I went to Bukovec to see purple carpets, photographed crocuses and winter aconite, stepped on the last snow and climbed to Veliki vršič and Mali vršič, from where the column wound towards Veliki stan. I climbed among crocuses to Poljanski rob and continued to Mali stan. Descended meeting numerous visitors back to Rakove ravni. Crocuses will soon be replaced by other flowers. Please write the name of the flower in photo 2025.04.21.115? Thanks.

Yesterday s5 on my hill. Air divine, path freshly washed, met one person up to Primož, up to Jarški dom no one else. No sun for me, no fog either, but observed quite a few thunderstorm phenomena in the distance. Well, a few drops caught up with me only at Gradišče.

There is no new owner yet, but there are four new benches...

...although the 22 is first in line for retirement.

I hope the hut comes back to life soon and Maret's times return.

Tone, photo no. 1 delights every tourist provider and scares all cows on Velika Planina! Obviously cows will experience stress from noise, innkeepers will rejoice at the jingle of coins in cash registers. nasmeh
