Two questions:
1. Is the road Kamnik - Podvolovljek already open?
2. The upper gravel parking lot was closed in autumn, surrounded by a ditch. Is it different now?

The road is normally drivable and parking at the gravel pit is no problem.

Thanks for the answer. Did they fill that ditch or is parking "illegal"? Last year I was surprised when I saw the closed parking lot, a bunch of us then parked a bit higher right by the road.

On the radio I heard news that three climbers from Saudi Arabia got lost and stuck in a snowstorm on Velika Planina at night. Mountain rescuers found them and successfully rescued them. Is this news true or just gossip? April 1st is of course already past.
