I also went yesterday afternoon to check by bike and indeed there's less snow hour by hour and more open crocuses hour by hour. They've also plowed the road from the parking lot at Mali Planina to Jarskega and further to Domžalski dom, so you can bike undisturbed on the dry road. But you need to hurry these days, because for the weekend they're forecasting cooling and even snow down to 1000m and the beauties can quickly say goodbye and wither.!

Stara kapa, beautiful pictures. Only on one picture you captured a bit larger patch of snow. So access is possible only in hiking boots.

Today up via Kuklarje, descent via Rigelj.
The path via Kuklarje is partially snowy in a few places, but the snow can be safely bypassed. At that more awkward spot there are quite a few ropes hanging next to the fixed cable, so passage doesn't make serious problems.
Via Rigelj the path is normally passable, plenty of wild garlic.
Ah, and crocuses too.

For Velika or any other pasture I recommend hiking boots regardless of snow or mud and puddles.
