Very likely. Already two weeks ago the road was just muddy in the afternoon after they plowed and the sun melted the rest. I only drove to the pass because I was too early

Yesterday by bike to the planina and checked conditions. Road drivable to the quarry (clean, no snow and ice), also drivable to Kisovec and the last parking at Mali planina (but little space for parking). No snow and ice on the road. On the planina there is still lots of snow in places, very south-facing, progress is very difficult except on trodden paths with no major problems. This weekend 0°C isotherm at 3300m a.s.l., very warm on the planina (11-15°C), even more in the sun. First crocuses are already peeking out and at such temperatures we can expect it to be quite blue on the planina next weekend!
