When there's just the right low fog in the Zasavje Valley, from Gradišče with binoculars the Trbovlje chimney is also well visible.

Not only possible, but definitely, Miha. True they are completely in the same direction from my viewpoint, but Dleskovec is much higher than Križevnik and understandably can't be seen from 400m lower hill above Domžale hut.
To all pointing out my blunders (more since recovered from Covid) I'll gladly buy you a drink at first meeting.

Today Velika Planina was really in a wonderful dress, let the pictures say more than my words.
P.S. on the way down I lost a glove somewhere (Forclaz, gray with some blue on the straps). If someone found it, please contact me.

To Mickina hut completely dry. Suggest from there continue straight over Pirčev vrh, some snow there but path completely safe. Firm snow cover only at the woods when path levels, ca 10min before huts.

Today, start in Stahovica, past sv. Primož to Mala and Velika planina, then across Planina Dol back to lower cable car station, and via Koželjeva pot back to start. Path from Stahovica mostly completely dry, path through Dolski graben muddy and slippery. Koželjeva pot to Stahovica also quite slippery and unpleasant... But nice loop anyway. Snow really disastrously little, remember last year this time Planina Dol sinking almost to knees, today grass through those 3cm snow. :/

Well, lately down through air, up today through mud you mention. Luckily that mess only less than 10 min. after start, higher nice trodden leaves continuing with white powder just below Dols. Real snow starts only in forest under Konjščica and holds human weight. Sun was little and I regretted not going to Kam. sedlo, which was in sun all morning.

Nice day you had on Vel'ka, Silvo, mine totally flopped today.
At nine I started from Calcita, practically no snow, I went above Mickino bajta on the lower path, stopped at Domžalec where I changed and had a sandwich. I struggled a bit more, up to the chapel wind 30, 40 km/h, from there its force at least doubles. After descent from Gradišče it eases a bit, ten minutes before Šimnovec I met a returning family with bad news - cable car not running. Due to strong wind I didn't dare turn back, so I descended via Konjščica and Dol, conditions normal again. Of course I missed the bus, light run for the last part of today's path. At least 15x I raised my thumb, but no response from drivers today. After five hours I finally got a ride.

Wind is no big problem if you have enough suitable clothing.
I went to Gradišče from the direction of Domžalski dom when forecast was over 90 km/h. On the ridge under Gradišče it blew so hard I thought it would blow me into the valley. Roughly like driving on the highway with open window.
But on the way back along the road under Gradišče the wind was quite bearable.

Today from Vegrad to Pirčev vrh. Dry, calm, warm. Sadly no hikers, no birdsong either, but calves bellowing. On return Petra not yet at Primož, saved euro again.

On Saturday we went to Velika planina, five of us. First time for me from Stahovica over Pasje pečine to Črnuški dom. I liked the path, on Saturday large part dry, summit a bit of snow, now all different... Ljubljana foggy, up there sunny, clouds racing as if to beautify the pictures. Tea in Črnuški dom, then to the chapel, meeting our planinke, lunch in Jarski dom. Many visitors in the hut, food excellent. Nature and views super, super. We returned to planina Kisovec and along the hunter's path to sv. Primož. On planina Kisovec there is a sign and some old marks, otherwise the path is well followable, suitable for dry conditions. Otherwise quite steep, not suitable for snow or ice. Nice views also at sv. Primož. But 1,100 m elevation gain and almost 20 km, need to calculate so darkness does not catch us. Our planinska rožica always has ideas that the tour is just right...
