We spent the weekend as a family in Bohinj.
After Friday's settling in, on Saturday we ascended Vogel. After the gondola ride there was also a chairlift ride and then along the path under Šija to the summit, we returned via Planina Zadnji Vogel.
It was nice and hotjezik, so refreshment in Lake Bohinj was very welcomenasmeh.

Today I did the route from Ski Hotel Vogel, over Šija and Vogel to Planina Stador. Path without special features, temperature just right for hiking nasmeh On the way to Vogel it was blowing quite strongly, but that didn't bother the crowd, mostly foreign "mountaineers" who somehow pushed towards the summit velik nasmeh

In the afternoon, Planina Kuk, along unmarked trail to Žabiški Kuk, then to Vogel. On the path there were gusts blowing, I continued to the top of Krnice and to the top of Planja. Descent along winding path to Pl. Razor and back to start.

Today from Planina Podkuk to Žabiški Kuk, from there to Vogel. From Vogel descent to the Gorenjska side and ascent to Globoka. From Globoka I descended to Planina Razor, from there to the start. Path without special features, weather summery nasmeh velik nasmeh

Yesterday on Vogel. Via ski slope to below Šija and along the scenic upper path to Vogel.
Some visitors also from the Primorska side. Descent to planina Zadnji Vogel, for excellent sour milknasmeh

On Saturday I ascended Vogel from the direction of Tolminske Ravne, along the way also climbed the nearby Žabiški Kuk, which unlike neighboring Vogel is much less visited. Descended via Globoko then via planina Razor back to the starting point.
Paths in the area are passable without peculiarities.

Fortunately, they managed to rescue the caver. The action was really extensive, as Tolminske Ravne were parked full of rescue vehicles.

There was quite some visitors in the Tolmin area, probably due to the Gorenjska motorway closure so many went to the hills from that direction.

Again we were in beautiful mountains above Tolmin.
Path from planina Lom to pl. Razor is easy, beautiful, quickly very hot until we enter the forest. Barely any climb so kids manage it. We went with 3-year-old who did the path there alone, back half the path needed help.

Path to Vogel also no special features (except that it is very beautiful), but soon a gust of wind comes as alpine and Mediterranean influences mix.

Maybe I should articulate better. What a nice trip to the summit in lower Bohinj mountains from Tolmin start...

I'm wondering if the marked paths from Vogel still exist.
I couldn't find them at all :-(
