Poljanska baba

Description of mountain:
Poljanska baba is the name of an intriguing rocky outlier on the slope of the eastern edge of the Mežakla plateau above the settlement of Kočna. The about 8 m high solitary rock stands out markedly from its surroundings. Viewed up close, with a bit of imagination one can discern a female figure—the likeness that inspired the tale of a petrified cruel castle maiden.
Blazes and some pegs are on it, but climbing to the top is not as simple as it may appear, so it is intended only for experienced climbers.
