Description of mountain:
The 850-meter-high hill Vrše, over which the Triglav National Park border runs, rises southwest above the village of Blejska Dobrava, or east of the settlement Kočna near Jesenice. Although no marked trails lead to it, the hill is one of the destinations for hikers from surrounding villages. From one of the paths to its summit opens an interesting view of the Karawanks slope with Koroška Bela; a few dozen meters below the summit, where a pleasant hunting hut stands on the northeastern slope, a nice view unfolds into the Ljubljana Basin, part of Blejska Dobrava village, and the Brezniške villages (known as Dežele). At the very summit, which lacks a logbook, to the southwest one enjoys views of the eastern slope of Mežakla, part of the Julian Alps with Triglav and Rjavina, and the neighboring hill Boršt.
