Description:
Gelenkscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2724 meters in the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located 0.3 km north-northwest of peak Gelenknock. The nearest mountain hut is Chemnitzer Hütte - Rifugio Porro, located 4km southwest. A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. 1.9 km west-northwest from the saddle there is glacier Trattenbachkees - Vedretta di Dentro, 2 km north from the saddle there is also glacier Hornkees. North-northwest of the saddle is the valley Zemmgrund.
