Well, at Sella Viene there was still a sign ten days ago that path 640 towards Dunja is closed, the same confirmed by an Italian I met there. If I misrepresented it and others know better, I apologize. It's true, the sign is almost the same as in picture 25 in the post above, so it's not even clear to me what the truth is now.

Norina is closed due to landslide. Strma Peč is accessible only from Pecol.

Unfortunately there are more and more like that. Recently I met a young couple on Kališče who obviously had to "spice up" their hike in the mountains with loud music.

I already pointed this out on 29.1. under topic "Turska gora". Doors were open and already damaged then too. Could somehow close them, but not everyone can. You have to be at least a bit technical type to know how to handle things. Damaged doors were also in February at bivouac under Skuta. They were "closed" in a very ingenious way.
@Lijaneja: I fear we'll all be shortchanged because of such, as I think PD will solve it by locking the bivouac and keys available only by arrangement down in the valley. Maybe not even weird given the cost of making and setting up such objects.
