Hi!

Has anyone hiked through Catinaccio from Campedie to Passo Principe hut or at least to Vajolet hut?
I'm interested in what the path is like, because I'll have to carry the little one in a backpack?

@TomaB, those are Kamnik-Savinja Alps

@djimuzl: the peak you mention is called Vodemlja. The viewpoint however is from March 2017, when a forest fire raged on it.

Today the last slope wasn't there. But it was really nice to slide down with sleds to the bend!

From the barrier in Krma to Prgarica there are three troughs with running water.
Checked two days ago. Drank from all three!

This path is quite interesting, at least for me. Nobody anywhere, just you and nature, and a shortcut to goodies...

How demanding is the path from Sv. Duha to the top of Strevčeva peč to follow and to traverse.
I'm thinking of going with the family (5-year-old boy) on Saturday for a hike somewhere we haven't been before...

For Deuter Kid Comfort 3 only words of praise. Really worth every euro.
It performed excellently in all weather conditions, little one slept in it like in his bed.
If I had to buy a new one, wouldn't think of others at all, despite somewhat high price.

The most sun is surely on the southern paths...
You can go from Slemena (Ciganija) past Križana and across Šisernik meadows, then choose the winter/summer variant through the forest.
Maybe the winter one is less demanding at the moment than the summer one, as it goes along the road for quite a while (but it's a bit longer)...

Enka, except for gaiters (and even those are not mandatory), you don't need anything except good spirits!
All paths to the top are well-trodden.
